Our  usual WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY  SCHEDULE is :

Group 1 - Novice  - 4:45pm - 5:30pm

Group 2 - Intermediate -  5:30pm - 6:30pm

Group 3 - Advanced -  6:45pm - 8:30pm

Parents are encouraged to arrive at 4:30 to help with pulling off mats to the ice rink, as well as putting them away after the last session. Thanks to all our volunteers who help our coaches!
